Try using help. Most people aren't going to be bothered to tell you how to use Photoshop as it's generally quite complex.

Ask a more specific question and maby I could help.

Hiya, like the others have said, most of us either took months to learn it, or paid someone to train it, so your best free bet, is to run some searches for Photoshop tutorials. you could try http://www.designsbymark.com (but most of these are "spot tutorials", ie teach you one thing)...
