I want to run a Local High School Football "Pickum" where you would pick the winner between two teams, and have a list of say 10-20 games to pick from.

I know it would require using a Form with a Drop Down Box for the Winner of the Two Choices, Submit Button, and a Results Page.

Are there any good programs to use that I could use to create a Form? I know how they are created in Frontpage, but it's a mess personally using Frontpage anymore it seems.

How easy are the Form Functions to use and figure out in Dreamweaver, or a Forum Generator or some sort?
