My personal opinion - I think the red and green 'swooshes' are a bit too 'hard', I think I'd lower the opacity just a bit on those.

can you tell me which one you think is better, cuz i have people telling me that the header and footer dont really match

I don't really like how the e-mail tab is below the right sidebar. I think that it should be hovering over if anything.

Its pretty good, my question is what is up with the Alligator/Crocodile on the bottom of the page?

And I like the second one the best, the other two are too dark.

oh the email thing is just decoration for the contact tab, is that causing confusion

I like #2 also, but that croc is pretty cool too

The second one with the fish is a great combination with the header and footer image, the gator seems to be a little off but still it depends on what your site is really up to.

And regarding the email tab, i suggest you remove after all you got the "contact" link maybe you could put the email inside the contact page.

It is also nice if you make the 2nd choice a 2 column just like the 3rd design..
