We have a client who is in need of a pop up / pop in feedback for that slides in from the left, We don't want to develop one as we know they exist, as to what they are called or where we could get it would be helpful, we can't recall which websites they were on so the more help the better.

I know there was a service that was dynamic and let you change it online for those inexpirenced with javascript, my client wants one of those so he can do it him self.

He does not want a cms site though? Anyways looking forward to some responses to this reply.
