w3schools. lol, sorry that is the best place to learn. I could throw other resources at you, but it wouldn't help any. Start creating your own websites and learn from them. Trial and error is the key to learning anything with computers involved. Use Aptana as your IDE... It'll really help you learn CSS without knowing CSS. When you are stuck use w3schools to get you back on track. If you need any other help post your problem on this website.

Once you've learnt the basics with w3schools, then google for different things you want. For example, I've recently taught myself how to use css for an image gallery and for image-based menus which change on hover by looking at w3schools and then reading several tutorials/blogs etc on image gallerys and image menus.
