I am looking to learn more about Illustrator in regards to web design, and would really appreciate it if anyone has any tips on a good book to buy.

I am also looking for a photoshop book that relates to web design as well (preferably cs4 versions)

thanks for any help!

I would recommend using the web as a source instead of a book because the web is updated day to day, but a book is almost out of date as soon as it is printed. Like if you go to the library and get a book on designing a website from photoshop that is about 4-5 years old, you will end up with a website made with tables and non-clean code.

Or just google photoshop web design tutorials:

I would recommend video tutorials from the site Lynda.com. They have a bunch of great videos.

Amazon.com is your best friend. I have sold and bought used books for a while there. I do download e-books from time to time as well.

I love this book, I browse it constantly, and it makes GREAT conversation on the table.

Anything by that Author is great.

Good luck!
