For creating html/css layouts & designs. Sometimes I have NO inspiration, and something similar to this would sure come in handy at times.

Ah, that's the problem. I've been googling 'template generator' and about a bunch of different variances of this search for the last 2 days, but I can't find what I'm looking for.

I'd prefer not to have a free software. I was really hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction :/

Template for what? Artisteer creates Web Design Templates, Joomla templates, Drupal themes, Wordpress themes, DotNetNuke skins, and Blogger. What works for one does not work for the others. We can't point you towards anything unless we know what CMS module you are using.

Try googleing for free templates. You might found some real nice ones that with just a little tweeking should work really nicely.

I have artister, and it works great for WordPress, and it would also work magnificently for just static HTML websites, if DreamWeaver didn't wonk the code all up in design view. So, what I'm looking for is, some sort of software similar to artisteer.com, that will enable me to create designs like that does for static websites, but is easily editable in the software itself or in applications like DreamWeaver. Hope I'm making sense. And I'm aware there are about 70 million free web templates that I could tweak, but that's not quite what I'm looking for
