PHP with HTML goes for static web pages.

I would also agree either HTML on its own or HTML/PHP.

First of all you cannot build ANY web page WITHOUT HTML. All the other stuff, like PHP, .Net, etc. is built ON TOP of and integrates WITH HTML.

I am totally agree with you Mr Moderator. we cannot build any static website with out using HTML
