Am thinking about implementing an online shop on my site, and a discussion board/forum to try to increase traffic flow (PR0) and try make a little money back.... I know a little, i.e. ...need a database....a secure server....some form of payment method....probably paypal and visa/cc.....but what I would like to ask is:
where is the best place to start? Get a template or start fresh
asp? php? something else? Have a little use of asp, but limited to plain DB access/retrieval
