Hello,

I'm designer of website which is showed below:

In my previous version, instead buttons "Get Bonus" there was just blue links, even not bold as casino name. There was zero clicks on it and 100% clicks are going to casino names. But, when you click on casino name or everywhere except Get bonus button, it just select that row and javascript change a text on the right side. I understand that people when click on casino name, expect to go to that casino. Because of that I put these red buttons which are linking to casino site.

But, surprisingly, the situation is the same. They are still clicking on casino names only! There is another heatmap image which proof that:

Does anybody have an idea what do to, to attract them to click on button and goes directly to the casino site. I'm not so happy with solution to link casino names directly to casinos.

If you want to try how is that actually working, click on the link in my signature.

You can't always MAKE people always do what you want, people will do whatever they percieve as a "call to action" Utilise what you already have and exploit the fact that they DO click on the names rather than leaving just as quickly as they arrived.

The upshot of it is that "Get Bonus" does NOT say that will be going to the location of their choice whereas clicking the name apparently does.

NEVER EVER put anything in the way of a conversion.

Exactly, I don't want to change my visitors, I would like to change a layout in a way to let them click on a right link (outgoing in my case). They are now clicking around, cannot find what they are looking for and leave the site.

And you would be wrong on that count! The first thing you need is visitors that are interested in what you are offering. It's called qualified traffic. You need people that are already prepared to go to one of the sites you are an affiliate for.
Then you need them to take the "call to action". THIS is the reason for UI testing and tracking what gets clicked on and creating graphs or "Heatmaps".

You currently know that the "red buttons" are not a call to action for your current visitors but the name is, so no matter what YOU would prefer, your visitors are NOT of the same impression.

Test by making your "red buttons" have the casino name, change the button layout to have red text, do some A-B testing with two layouts to see which converts better. This is the real world of Optimising not the dumb a$$ fretting about meta keywords and "which URI is "better"
Optimising your pages for conversions and testing what works is what separates real SEOs from the self proclaimed "experts".

I have to agree with chrishirst here. It would be better for you to change the get bonus name to something more instructional that will direct your visitors to click the button. Like "click here to get the bonus" (so long though) but something similar will be great. So your visitors will know that the button is meant to be clicked and not elsewhere.
