I too vote for dreamweaver..its features are great and satisfying....and again lots of tutorials are available for help too

I am currently using Dreamweaver But if you want a free software, you can try Kompozer which is also a good WYSWYG template editor.

I agree - as far as free goes, Kompozer is a fantastic WYSIWYG editor.

There are many WYSIWIG editors. some are online available and some offline. I prefer the offline WYSIWIG editor specially Adobe Dreamwaver. Next WYSIWIG that I use would be MS Frontpage. Bot works fine for me.
