Hi and thanks in advance,

When it comes to clients I am a little bit on the soft side and they usually abuse me making me do twice as much what the agreement says.

Is there a way that you show me a "VERY DETAILED" quote you offer the client that covers ALMOST everything?

You can delete the name of the client and the price if uncomfortable but I am really interested in understanding how I do a better job and doing some upsells too...
