If you can give me a link, I can see how similar it is, and I can make it look almost identical, but even if it isn't illegal to copy it, it just isn't right to copy someones work, especially because you are taking away the unique values of both yours and their site.

The blog will be about a different subject (motivational things, it will sound like my mentor TonyRobbins) whereas the BRIAN TOLIS website is about web2.0 and social tools. Then I will make my own favicon. I will customize all the colors. The logo will be different. Etc.
So in my way of thinking any kind of theme is customizable. I just want EXACTLY the same to customize it then. Like on WordPress online theme resource.
I understand it may sound like a thief. But this is not.

Yeah I understand your way of thinking. To make the same website will be a shame. But this is not the case by the way

EDIT: And of course I you know a free theme like this one it will be fine! The fact is I don't know how to make a WordPress theme. I have no one skills about webdesign. No one. And I will launch a new topic here too about this. That's why please consider my message if :
- you have found a WordPress theme free paying or not who is like this one (especially the banner section on the top).
- you have some ideas
- you know the best way to learn quickly how to make a nice WordPress theme (deadline is first January 2010)
