i would like to create a website for an automotive business who wants a website and there primary focus is to sell car related lights through the website

It can be helpful to look at fellow designers' works through CSS galleries such as CSSREMIX, CSSWebsite, and CSSelite you'll be able to get a feel of trends, best practices, and cool tips and tricks. However, please don't copy them. It's one thing to draw inspiration, and it's another to trace it.
