I am helping a guy with his real estate website.....I make an edit to this page through his backend.

thing is the page is framed in when you look at the source code. I did not frame it in...and when editing the page the frame in function is not used?

what gives? And it looks to me like it is framing in itself?

It's TERRIBLE... and your client needs to move their site. Whomever they are using are still living in 1998 from a web design perspective...
