I am looking for a best CMS for creating WEBS . COM style website. This website allows users to create websites at sub domains, allows users to choose web template of there choice and design there own websites (at sub domain).

Please suggest me a good CMS for this kind of website.

There are many CMS available that can be used for a website, but in case of managing the sub-domain with the same CMS you will have to get some customizations done, as the CMS generally work on one domain/sub-domain.

OR the other option is get a CMS developed specifically tailored for your needs.

Best you can try joomla and drupal CMS,, because its very secured and very seo friendly also..

I dont have to much experience with cms but i lisent to all my friends talking about Joomla and WoodPress. But yesterday i was reading about Fantastico, somebody know about it??

also you can do multi forum sites and use software like http://www.echophp.com

the original one...i cant remember the name of it, phpsomething, was the first phpbb forum hosting auto script that let you host forums off of 1 forum and 1 mysqldb. was great. i cant find that script anymore though either, i think it was discontinued or something. you can still find it on some sites though for download, and get some phpbb mods to update it.

I think joomla is the best one.
