3 weeks ago i bought new web hosting and domain to make store online.But the problem is template.I cant find a good template.

Any suggestion about professional template or good templates site.

Can i get template like big store ex www guitarcenter.com

The template that you are referring to is among the thousands that are available from sites like http://www.site-creators.com or http://www.template-monster.com.

I have used them before and am really impressed with the design quality and help desk available.

If these do not work you might want to search their forums, respectively, to see if anyone has written modification for the conversion.

All you have to do is do a google search for templates and their are hundreds of sites to choose from.

Just search for "free templates " + "name of ecommerce software" and you'll find what you need.

I personally would only use templates for quick, generic sites but if you want some good ones, then themeforest is your best bet.
