Hi if your new to website building I surgest you stick to HTML and use CSS until you master them becuase PHP can be alot more tricker, if you just need to create Cascading Style Sheet in a webpage in Dreamweaver 2004 all you need to do is right click on the page you want to define a style in and a menu will appear and theres a CSS Styles Section. Then if you hover over that section another menu will appear to right, and theres a new option left click that. Then you will be able to choose if you want to create the CSS externaly or within the document and from there its stright forward. Hope that helps!
