Ah, the ever-popular "what the heck am I going to find... let along buy!" for a domain name...
I think all 4-letter combinations ever possible are gone.. even if they dont' make sense... (something silly like that)...
But what you need is some spring-boarding.. something that can help you think. :-) I suggest a name generator. One that I like and use is:
http://makewords.com/ (is a bit slow though at times but worth it)
It's great! -- I suggest you and everyone else bookmark this site. you can specify certain letters or words that 'must' be in the generated name, and between X and Z characters long... It then generates some randome 'pronounceable' words with your criteria, and even tells you if it's available or not -- Very nice feature
So, I would suggest for you since it's student related, using some key words like: ed (for education) as an 'ending' area.
Others could be "student" "college" "teach" ... etc you get the idea. Have fun, and good luck.
