Hello,

In fact I intend to create a online coloring website for kids and I do not know yet what will be the appropriate tools and language to choose.

Here I show you some examples of websites having the same idea:

Tool Photoshop
Basic language HTML/CSS

I usually use Photoshop and Dreamweaver (HTML/CSS)
but if you want to have a website where the user can interact (drawing,games) you should use some flash too.

yes i appreciate your idea. i think it will nice idea to create such website for kids. Kids will have knowledge about the online tools.

Coloring websites to not work that good, i mean i have seen parents try to have their kids color online and the kids do not enjoy it that much, they will spend 5 minutes coloring then they get bored.
