it would be <body background=IMGURL.jpg>

Well first off all your picture must be editted for web ( not bigger then 300kb ) and then try <body background=image path.jpg/png/gif>

you need to add the code ;; such as this
<img src="golf.jpeg>
or
<img src="http://www.1234566.com/goat.jpeg">
like that for example
