Flash Template and Cpanel

I have a question im very new with web hosting and I got a flash template that i want to to post up in Cpanel the problem is i cant get all my images and files up in there I got the main flash script thats about it I uploaded all my files in public html folder and did the sub folders as exactly as the template went and it still does not work can anyone help.

With the template ? I deleted all the files that are in Cpanel like the cgi-bin is that possibly a problem?

It maybe.

Apart from that, only thing we can guess at is the your host server is possibly running some version on Unix/Linux (public_html)
