I agree with vangogh. When I look at it, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do next. You don't have a clear call to action on your page.
A call to action simply means what action do you want the visitor to take next. In your case, I would imagine "Free Signup" would be a good primary call to action. A secondary call to action should complement the primary call to action, but represent a lesser commitment. Again, in your case, it would probably be: "Try Our Demo".
For example, take a look at mint.com. Their call to action is the "Free. Get started here" button. Another example is MailChimp, which has several calls to action: "Sign Up Free", "See How It Works", etc. AWeber is another example.
I think you're close. You might not even need to remove a whole lot of items, but I think you need to clarify what's most important to your target audience. Give them a clear idea of what the page is about at a glance. Use size and color contrast to convey importance. Use a large headline and a little more whitespace. Direct your user's attention to what they're supposed to do next, usually a sign up, download, or more information button. Make it obvious.
