I am seeing a "jumping" effect when I change pages on my site, I have seen this before and am currently at a loss as to what causes it. My site is still not published. Any suggestions!

IE7, When I talk about jumping - When I move from page to page it is not seamless/quiet - the pages will sometimes jitter to the left or right and other times there will be a horizontal area that will flash across the page, this line moves up and down.

Have you ensured that the code is precise on both files? Does the page eventually, after "loading", go back to normal?

It's the way tables render sometimes

browsers cannot determine how much space to allow until the last </table> tag has loaded.

For some reason IE7 is particularly bad at this, especially where images are involved as well.
Try clicking through the category list here in IE7 and you'll see the same kind of thing.
