I was wondering what the best way to creat an opt-in e-mail list is. I would like people to be able to enter in their information and then added to a list that i can use to send them e-mails.

I hear Sendstudio is good for opt-in emails for newsletters & such, it's an all in one package...Quite expensive, but reviews are good.

See if your web host offers Mailman, the GNU Mailing List Manager.
If not you could have a go at installing it yourself.
