I know it sounds like a dumb question; and frankly I am dumbfounded by it.

Here's the deal:
-You cannot solve this (in a simple way) with AP / DIV layers
-You can't solve it (simply) with "set as background image"
-Someone must have posted this before and gotten results but Im too stupid to find such a thread. Link me if possible!

Perhaps someone can expand on the above methods in order to do what I'm looking for, but in essence I want text that floats on an image, and both the text and image are centered relative to window size / resolution. Plus, I want to be able to move the image.

More info on solutions that didn't work for me:
-Centered layers do not exist from my understanding (I've heard some talk about a new CSS, but this won't work in ~ie6 and lower, so forget it).
-Centering a background image (which is in the CSS) doesn't seem possible, but if it is, I haven't seen the tags for it.
-I've tried using various "liquid" templates but they don't seem to have the solution, thought I s'pose that might be the best place to look for one.

There are no "tags" but you can set CSS properties

Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it.

Does someone know how I might move the image around to different locations on a website?

EX: http://img341.imageshack.us/img341/3109/website.jpg

I realize that putting in a black space above the background image could get it working for that one image, but if I have more than one image on a page it starts to get rediculous because I have to create a custom background image for each separate page (and frankly, I have far too many and too little time), and you won't be able to highlight any of the images.
