Hello to all,
I am going to be building a simple 5 page website and I was wondering what is the best way to add a CMS to one of the pages? The website owner wants to be able to log in on an events page and update the page them self. Your replies are greatly appreciated.

A CMS isn't something you really add to just one page, you would create the entire site with it. I'd recommend using something like Joomla or Wordpress.
