I am working on a site with some other programmers. I believe the site needs to be more "web 2.0". I can't seem to pinpoint on what I need to do to make it so. The site is http://www.oa-c4a.org/ here is my latest version: http://www.oa-c4a.org/index_dev.php. What do you think I can do to make it more 2.0? Any comments or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Andrew

i think the background color is too much, maybe make it darker and/or change the color of it. the logo also isn't too hot.

Change the red color to a more deep red, that has too much grey in it.

Web 2.0 is often associated with shininess and gradients, so use those.

Yeah not a fan of the background colour. More visual icons and clearer sections would help. Not bad though.

I have made some updates. First, we have to stay with the red. It is a lot different.

Still working on the rounded corners on the bottom. Having a little of trouble there.
What do you think?
Improvement from http://oa-c4a.org/?

Thanks
Andrew

EDIT: Better Background?
