Please advise where can I download free twinkle stars wallpaper with light blue sky. Quality is not so important because I'll use it as wallpaper on a small window about 5"(wide)x4"(high) TIA

Umm... the best sort of response to that problem is to Google it and click through pages til you find something that suits you. By typing in "Free Sky Wallpapers" youll find thousands of responses.

For implementation, just make sure it doesn't tile. That is SOOOooooOOOO 90s! =P

There are so many free sites out there with what you are looking for. It would be faster to google search this one rather than try to find on a forum. Good luck with it, I'm sure you will find something that will work for you.

As everyone mentioned the best method is to search Google. Thats what I do when I'm looking for certain themes. It also helps you find sources for future need.

Before posting I have made googling unable to find what I need. Actually I made search on wrong criteria. "stars background" or "animated stars background" should the words used on googling. Now I found tons of free stuffs.

Yup, that's right. Google is the ultimate source of wisdom. I always try to check up on a subject with different search terms before I ask a question and end up sounding dumb
