I want to design a forum on the free resources.

Can any member suggest me the free sources that are providing facility to designing a free webmaster forum.

Also provide me the suggestions that how can make my that forum more and more interesting.

do you just want a layout or do you want a free hosted forum? because theres tons of different ones to pick just try them all out

To make your forum more interesting, I suggest to have some contest or freebies that would attract the surfers to participate.

Actually I need a source, where I can design a forum on pre-customized and settled themes. The forum should be fully customized and I would have all the controls in my hands. Asking for that.

do you have webspace? if so phpbb3 is the best free one imho and its the bomb.
