Found this on youtub. This looks interesting. Came from my people at magicedit (the service that i use). This is short howto video on how to make a simple blog site only using ONE html file. Blew my mind away...
What do you guys think?

Of course that one html page requires that the MagicEdit engine is running behind the scenes and that you sign up and pay $15 - $!9 monthly to be able to use it. That's not meant to be a knock against MagicEdit at all since you're going to pay something for hosting anyway.

Just pointing out that you aren't exactly creating a blog using one html file. You're editing html files through a browser that are created by a blogging engine. MagicEdit is hardly the only application that lets you do that.

I'd also point out that you seem to share the same IP address as the MagicEdit site and in the short time you've been a member here you've mentioned how great they are on several occasions so methinks your rave reviews aren't exactly honest.

Thank you for your comments.
I'm happened to work and be part of the teem that developed this project. I never said that I wasn't. I apologize for not being clear on that. (I'm some what new the forum)
I also happened to use magicedit for my own website protects, my intention was and is to share this in my opinion unique, powerful and easy to use technology. Magicedit goes in line with some other and in some way similar programs, like cushyCMS, pageLime, surralCMS and others, yet it brings something new that none other CMS systems does, like live on your own site editing and more...

The blog video is just a sample of some of the things that you can do in about 5 minusts. (it's no designed for making blogs)

We have coupon REDDIT that gives you one year free. you can try it.

Thank you again for pointing out what where I was wrong.

There's actually a tiny CMS called

http://onefilecms.com/

Of course it's not just an html file but written in PHP and it really is just one file.

Vitaliy there's no harm and no foul. Like I said I'm not knocking magicedit at all. I've never used it myself and it wouldn't be fair. I just wanted to point out to others who may be reading some of the things you weren't mentioning.

As Chris also pointed out you were recommending it without disclosing your relationship with the product. It came across like you were trying to pretend you were a customer when in truth you work for the company. That's generally not a good idea and especially not online as you can see how easy it is for someone to make the connection.

I'd suggest in the future that you not market the product that way. Not just here, but in general. People will figure out your association with the product and pretending to giving a testimonial as a customer will backfire and ultimately cause more damage than anything else.

Yeah, and I read the post before you edited it and changed "the people" to "my people." Really, really bad marketing strategy to use. If you introduce yourself with a lie, don't be surprised when no one trusts your product.

Note to self: Don't try out magicedit. Also is that tiny cms program safe to run?
