Ok here's the thing...i have a lot of pictures that i want have on my website but i don't know the first thing about doing it. I want to be able to upload photos to as needed, download photos, and have many different photo albums

Welcome to WT Chevy. You'll probably get better responses to your questions about images if you start a thread in the web design and development sections of the site.

Displaying the pictures is simply a matter of html. Uploading and downloading them can be done in a variety of ways depending on the details of what you want to do.
