A friend asked me to put a radio station onto his site. What I did was put a link to the player of the radio station that he wanted. Its streaming live from the station itself, with their ads and everything. Could he get into trouble for this, even though it plays their commercials, and their ads on the player? He is basically supplying a link to them, kind of like blasting the radio station in the parking lot right? haha I dunno. What are your thoughts?

Wouldnt of thought so,
If people are listening to the station via the official stream url then i cant see a problem.

Its no worse than google linking to it.

Then again, Google link to torrents and copyrighted stuff and dont get told off.

So who knows.

To me, It should be fine.

Very true.

Tbh if the stream is direct from them i cant see a problem.
if your really worried, maybe ask said station?

Hi there,

Thanks for this fantastic offer Brian. I have been working really hard past couple of weeks, but I am back on the trial of trying to break into the computer games industry through my website.

I havent a scanner but what I was thinking about now is a logo with a Blue & White hooped Bee (signifying my favourite football team & my surname) with a modern futuristic font next to it, say for example to the left, the companies name (which will now be BeazBee with one of the following underneath - Games, Media, Blog) in black writing on top of a blue and white background covered by a Black Border.

I hope this makes sense. I am really excited about this project. The individual 4 logos would be BeazBee (with nothing underneath), then the BeazBee name with Games, Media and Blog under each of the other 3.
