I have been doing video tours for a few real estate agents and I have just been loading them onto youtube. I want a site that will open up their video when they are on realtor.com or remax.com etc. When they click on that link to see the video, I want it redirected a site where it plays. I dont want content I just want a box to load up with their video in it. Simple, but I dont know how to do it. My question is what type of site do I need and how would I go about loading that up. Thanks in advance

If i understand you right you want to embed the video.

To embed a video, just copy the code from the "Embed" box—you can find it in the "About This Video" box when you're watching the video. Once you've copied the code, just paste it into your website or blog to embed it.

I hope this is useful, since i wasnt sure if i understood ur Q right

No, Im sorry if I didnt get my point across (I was very tired), but what I am trying to do is create a website, but I dont want a fully blown out site, I just need for the site to open up videos that are linked to it. If you go to realtor.com and search for a house, chances are that there is a virtual tour and if you click on it, it will direct you to a software that plays the tour or to a site where the tour opens up (in a video box only). That is what I want, I want a site that will open up the videos that consumers are requesting to view. I guess my question is what type of site will I need for this. I just dont know how to go about it. ANY HELP WILL BE GREAT.

Actually.. all you need is some server space where you can store the videos, so that you can call them when you need them. You don't even have to have a 'public' website for this. You could create a 'channel' on YouTube and use that too for your tours.

Hello,

The price of hosting is getting cheaper and cheaper. I suggest you to get a hosting plan. This is more professional to host the videos on your own website rather going to YouTube or other video sharing websites.

I also have some websites that have a few hundred video tutorials. I never use the video sharing websites to host the videos.

Best regards

Hosting sounds good, but Im new to the website creation; So would I go to godaddy or some other place to purchase a domain name and thats it? Or would I have to buy a some more things? Sorry but I am fairly new to the website creation....but I am a quick learner, so an explanation would be all that I would need. Thanks

Buy Domain get Free Hosting(i know of a few but cant post links) Get a designer or template, be better to get designer in case of errors, and get a free video player there are many out there. You can make this much easier with Wp and set up a little real estate site with the links or thumbnails that lead to your tours. Can Pm me for more info if it still isnt clear Cheers.

You could use flash video and have this open in a new window. Look up flash video conversion and use if this interests you

Im still a little confused but lets try this again. I want a site where if someone was on (realtor.com or any other real estate site) and was viewing a home that had a virtual/video tour link available, they would be able to click on that link and be redirected to my site or to a site (not youtube, this is what I've been using) and view THAT particular video. But I need to be able to have different URL's to play multiple videos because that wouldn't be the only one. I really dont need content I just need a box to open up in a new window with the video that they requested playing. I hope that I made this a little more clear. I really appreciate the replies!! Thanks in advance.
