Heey guys

What you suggest to use for designing my site. I now handcode everything i do but i would like something to faster try out different designs. Would dreamweaver be handy in this way?
Or you reccomend designing in photoshop this is what i do now. But it's a bit anoying cause things change different compared to coding..

DREAMWEAVER is the industry standard among professionals and is very cool. It does require a bit more practice and patience to learn than say FrontPage, but it is well worth your efforts! Unlike other packages, it does little in the way of altering the code and is very clean. It also has some sweet features that make your life easier.

I use DREAMWEAVER to render my HTML, CSS, ASP, ColdFusion, PHP and also my Java code at times. It is very friendly with .NET as well. If I could only have one program left in this world... you guessed it! DREAMWEAVER.

Did you get from my post that I really prefer Dreamweaver??

For designing - well just simple pen and paper. I sketch different layouts on a sheet of paper then when I'm happy, I code it.

For visual layout and design, I always start with a pen and paper. I rough-sketch the layout, compose the graphics and perform the layout using Textpad. It's a process that works for me -- you'll find what's right for you.

I hear that some people like Dreamweaver.....

I use dreamweaver *and have for 3 years*. But usualy work with Pen and Paper first like all the guys above. If yer hardcore coder then I would consider Notpad. But i think that it takes alot of time to do etc. I have heard of people drawing it out on paper and then scanning it in, apparently dreamweaver has a function that lets u set out lines and stuff. Hope this helps

P.S. Kyrnt u HAVE to tell me how to make that avator. Did u use photoshop? Its really cool. thanks
