I prefere Wordpress, and the worst i've used was CMSMS

I worked CMS in my projects. CMS includes so many functionalities which are little bit similar to Joomla, it is very best to security sense. It available in different types of languages in wide range. Its models are based in CSS.

For me its always Blog: Wordpress/blogger, If you want to save up money you could go blogger, get a domain name at $7 and host free at blogger, though you have to do some coding which doesn't always work to get rid of the blogger favicon.
