i found a lot of images and photos free online for non-commercial use.
so i was wondering, does a company information website considered as a commercial website or not?

If it is a for-profit company, it is "commercial".

If it is an internal company information site...ask the image owners for permission...
technically it is a commercial site but they might like the exposure if you provide credit links back to them....
