Hello I need to know how can I make a link do as they are on this website www majormoneyentertainment.com, I know that they use javascript but how is it done is there some tutorial or something that shows how to do this? Also how do I add the information pop up that pops up if you hover over the cd covers. Thanks in Advance

Do not do it their way. Just change the background image upon hover.
So if you had an image that was 20px high by 10px wide, with the top 10px a square and the bottom 10px a circle, and you wanted a circle when you hovered over it, you would use:

a {background-position:top;}
a:hover {background-position:bottom;}

It's that simple.
