I want to get more data on my users use my site and was wondering if anyone had advice on products they use? I've been looking at http://userfly.com and http://clicktale.com/ but am unsure which one is better. I am leaning towards Userfly since I hear they are great with customer support. Has anyone here tried these tools and have recommendations? Thank you!
