A great example of a background I want is Hubpages.. What language would I use to make a 3 color background like Hubpages? How would I do it exactly?

There is no role of any language in coloring of the website. You can get it by simply using the CSS and HTML coding..

So! As you purport to represent a "Web Design Company" are you suggesting that HyperText Markup Language isn't a language??

This is a joke. I had to go through some extensive bologna to make my website more than one color background.

Simple by using CSS/ HTML huh? Well then if it's so simple why didn't you quote a single example of how I can do it exactly? Because it's not simple and I guarantee you don't know how to do it. So how about you stop spreading your bologna around these here forums.

HTML & CSS

a 100% width "wrapper" element with background colour is one.

A fixed height 100% width "header" element at the top of the page is two.

A 100% width content section with a bottom margin the same height as the "header" is the third colour.

And "HEY Presto" the "hubpages look"

BUT as has been pointed out "hubpages" does NOT have a "three colour background! It is THREE separate elements with different colour backgrounds.

I had to edit this now that I think I have got it. I created a small band of brown on top and gray the next. The part I have trouble with your use of the style sheet text. I usually call in Front Page. I will still be able to do this.

Can I make hubpages like websites just by using Microsoft Front page or just use any other web designing software? Writing html code to create multiple colored webpages would be enough?

You could write the pages in a Windows command prompt using "Edit" if you so wished.

Or Pico over SSH if you prefer *nix
