I think you got it. I personally think communication is key in freelancing. I have taken over a lot of jobs from people who could not communicate effectivley to there clients, even though they had alot more practical experience.
I think the most important thing is good communication and organization. I have found many freelancers that are talented but the won't return your phone call or they'll miss a deadline.
lol whats the point of spamming cuz no one is gonna go on your site and your site ends up getting rated down, blacklisted, and you end up looking like a prat.
we need to be really sure with her/his reliability, since even those with nice porto could easily missing in action, the track records, including reliability of work is essential
I THINK its not just all about communication skills if you are poor with your attitude as well as you dont have grip on work how could you gona take things seriously
Experience and referrals to previous contracts to make sure he's not going to stiff you on work. Can lack professionalism so be wary, just check background for previous work for recommendations.
