One thiing i dont understand about these sites is the "Unique" part of a template.

You can pay XXX amount for a unique copy of it.
However what happens to the sites that only paid X for theirs?

Do they have to remove it?

Its hard to maintain low budget websites as there isn't enough space to deal with & more over the templates are not that much good.
If any one pays more he get more quality templates.
So dont remove low price templates.

I agree although sometimes for exclusive rights for the templates they are well over the top in price and also most the time you do not know how many times it has been circulated on the internet

they remove it once you've paid for unique BUT the ones they've aleadry sold will still be out there. PS the web's a big place, i don;t think another site with a similar to yours is a big problem..
