Hello,
How i can change background of my website?Because i have not much knowledge about this and i purchased this website from a company but now i want to change it.

First, you need a background image. Secondly, you will need to edit the CSS to call the new background that you want to use.

It uses a background image that is always 100% width/height.

The easiest way is to replace the background image for another one. Just make sure you name the new images with the same name as the old or actual image.

Then you can go and modify the CSS if you want the background repeat on the x or y axis or both.

Inline CSS is NOT the solution. This method is the badest ever.

To either set the colour for the page background or to use a picture as its background image, click anywhere on your page. It doesn't matter if you click somewhere in the header, the side bar or the main content.
In the PROPERTIES panel at the bottom of the Dreamweaver window, you should be able to see a button that says "Page Properties". Click it.
A dialog box entitled "Page Properties" will appear. Do either one of the following (depending on whether you want to change the background colour or set a background image).

You are assuming the OP is using Dreamweaver -- I don't see that he mentioned DW at all.

Besides, relying on DW to write code FOR you is just a bad idea all around.
