As you all know nowadays market is flooded with many web development companies providing many cheap packages for website development, i am confused how to choose the right one and what are the cheap ways to design a website???...

anybody please suggest, you suggestions are always welcome.

Yes, freelancer offer cheap services, but they're not always commited to your project. So i suggest to look for professional services, have in mind a budget for your website, and check for hour prices, or promotions they offer. Also have in mind the developing time.

You will have to explain what you mean by cheap. The cheapest would be to learn how to do it yourself. Please explain your project size -- static site, CMS, ecommerece. I have a few ideas. PM if you want a quality cheap referral.

The simple answer is none of them is the right one, and there's no way to design a website cheap and well.

Since you've already selected "cheap" as your criterion, I suggest you select any of the companies you're looking at - they'll all provide a poorly executed product that doesn't do what you want it to (whether that be generate leads for your business, sell products online, or whatever).

Be prepared to do a complete "cheap" redesign every few years in anticipation of improving results, only to be continuously disappointed, and ultimately to adopt the belief that the web doesn't work.

Or, increase your budget ten-fold and look for firms with proven track records of success, and expect to see a return on your investment (known to successful companies as an ROI) that will afford you the opportunity to expand upon your web marketing budget and see exponential increase in profits for your business.

Hi, I am agreed that freelancer offers cheap services, but sometimes they doesn't fulfill your requirements. So, In my opinion too look for professional designer. They can execute your requirements more properly.

cheap and 'web design' are oxymorons as far as I am concerned. Your website is a big revenue source for your potential customers. Never compromise on its quality.

Outsourcing is a business that trust is the first requirement. Business won't grow if you haven't trusted the company that you're working with. This business has it pros and cons, you just need to find the right company, ask for samples and client references so you can decide. There are lots of outsourcing providers who pretend to be the best, that's why you need to be careful and look for the reputable ones.

I suggest to hire a Staff leasing company instead of a freelancer. because leased staff are permanent workers of a company and are easy to reach in case you need them. Freelancers do not have employers so they do as they please and sometimes cannot be contacted for various reasons.

I will say by experience some people want to buy a Ferrari for the price of a Camaro. If you are looking for cheap website services, you will get a cheap website. I will agree with most of the guys in here, first you need to give more description about your project so more people can drive you to the right direction.

Freelancer is a good place to look. But I will recommend you give more details about your project.

I am in a band and we are looking into some cheap ways to get a website rolling... We own a domain... I guess we're looking for the cheapest hosting and website design software?

I work on some cold fusion sites for work - but to get one of those to work for us would be way too costly...
