I need help. I have an existing Web page I am editing in dreamweaver MX I am trying to
add a layer on top of a Flash banner so a graphic image appears on top, of the left hand corner of the Flash banner. I keep adding a layer but the layer ends up underneath the
flash banner. what am I doing wrong?

Make sure that the z-index of both are set to 0. That way it will allow you to continually stack layers.

I suggest that you put the banner inside a layer, then a layer on top.
