Guys i am struggling to find a decent menu for my existing website

i have tried few but struggling to find one. as you can see space is tight. so need a smallish menu style. Has anyone got ideas how i can make the menu better? and know decent softwares to generate menu like this? my menu is currently in my Header file so i just have to change it on one page.
