I like this idea for a topic, though so far the only site that I have actually thought of as beautiful was the one that elf linked in the first post.

If you want examples of beautiful websites, I suggest you check out one or more of the MANY, MANY css and design galleries that are out there. This topic is NOT about "web design" at all. What is 'beautiful' is purely subjective, so I think this whole thread needs to go bye-bye.
