Chris is right it depends on what it is. One thing is though you should embed it using swfobject2 rather than the usual embed option. Check out the latest from Google:
if you just want a flash video on an already created site you should be fine, just don't do what hundreds of old school art, and music sites used to do and create your whole site using flash cause this is almost meaningless to a search engine.

You can probably include a flash video on your website, provided you have some html content too. Flash does not affect if there are any search engine friendly content on the website...

but flash video often take up big space, which will affect the speed of opening web page.

I think that's very important, whatever you do with the Flash, make sure the horse can breathe!!!!!
