I have created a website in Dreamweaver 3 and would now like to add a forum.
I cannot find any course locally that will help me achieve this. My web host
offers a bulletin board feature but I havent been able to work out how to
relate this to Dreamweaver. Can anyone give me advice or point me towards
and informative website.

What do you mean by that?

Just install the forums in say /forums then create a link in to the forums on your website. Most forums are coded in PHP which can be edited by dreamweaver.
