Hi there, I am looking for somebody to help me or create a free website that will be used by a vast number of people. It is for entertainment only and it will include users sharing art, pictures and stories related to a computer game. I would also like some information on rights so that I can make sure that any product of creations submitted to the site are credited to their rightful owners. I'm not rich, so I can't pay much money.
If you do require payments then I will negotiate through paypal but it won't be much as i'm not wealthy, sadly.I just want to bring some entertainment to the people that share the same interests and creativity. So any offers?  |
